Join Chef and Partner Gina Marinelli for a special dinner exploring the food and wines of France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Inspired by the season and the flavors of each region, the multi-course menu moves from Anchovy Crostini and Poached Calamari Insalata to Spaghetti alla Nerano, Prawn Stufata and Braised Lamb Shoulder, with wines selected to complement each course. The evening finishes with Torched Bay Leaf Panna Cotta and a special Italian dessert cocktail.
